How You Can Help

Funding

A robotics team is a very expensive operation. The cost of materials, travel, registration and feeding team members on late-night work grinds can take a huge bite out of our overall budget. By becoming a sponsor to the Lo-Ellen Park Robotics Team, you are funding a program to enrich a student’s education and ensuring that such a thing will continue for years to come. When the necessary money is not outwardly raised for the team, we must turn inwards to our own students, soliciting fees that can’t always be paid. Monetary contributions can make a huge difference in these matters and cover such things without a stressful need for inward income.

Materials

Although dollar donations help immensely, materials are another integral contribution to the team. By giving the components required to build a robot, you can eliminate costly purchases that might otherwise be unavailable to us. With the required pieces, success in competition comes more easily.

Services

The Lo-Ellen Robotics team also greatly appreciates sponsorship of services such as printing, design, manufacturing, loaned workspaces or professional overviews. All of these donations would be valuable to our team and would enable us to complete tasks we could have never done without that support.

Mentorship

When you enroll in the Lo-Ellen Park robotics team, you are given the opportunity to have an impact within your school and community while learning various concepts that interests you. With our mentorship opportunities, each member of our team can get an insight of their future career aspirations. With our qualified mentors, students will have feedback on their work and will be provided with the necessary experience to guide them through their academic journey. From the business team to the build, strategic and programming team, students will have the chance to develop various skills in their field of interest
